I have enjoyed a career of over 17 years in Sales, Marketing, Category Management and people development with Kimberly-Clark, Purina, Nestle, Coca-Cola Amatil, Blackmores, Canon and Novartis along with a number of Non-Governmental organisations in the UK , Hong Kong and Australia. I am an ICF Accredited Associate Certified Coach and sit on the divisional council of the Australian Institute of Training & Development.

I set up my own practice in response to a strong passion for development done the right way particularly within commercial teams. so many times development can become simply a training room exercise and so few times does it result in genuine performance improvement. I believe in doing things differently. I practice a  'PAIRing' approach - Partnership, Agility, Innovation and most importantly, Results.

Credentialing is very important; you need to know who you are working with, what experience they have and how they acquired their skills. As mentioned above I am a ICF ACC Coach following a rigorous credentialing process, I also have my CIPD Learning and Development Professional Diploma.
